Chennai: The Madras High Court (MHC) has taken a firm stance against property fraud after discovering that fake Aadhaar cards were used for property registration. Justice P.T. Asha directed the concerned Sub-Registrar to file a police complaint and instructed the Registration Department to mark the fraudulent registration in its official records.
