🚨 Indian Forces Destroy Pakistan’s Air Defence Systems in Precision Strike
In a bold and strategic move, Indian armed forces have reportedly destroyed Pakistan’s air defence systems, dealing a severe blow to Islamabad’s military infrastructure. The operation was conducted as part of the ongoing Operation Sindoor, launched in retaliation for the Pahalgam terrorist attack that killed 26 civilians, including women and children.
💥 High-Precision Strikes Deepen Security Crisis
According to defence officials, the targeted strike was executed during a midnight offensive using long-range missile systems and surveillance-backed intelligence. Key radar installations and surface-to-air missile launchers along the Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) region were neutralized.
The Indian military stated that the attack was “measured, focused, and non-escalatory,” yet achieved significant disruption of Pakistan’s aerial surveillance capabilities.
🛰️ Critical Radar Units Taken Down
Sources within the security establishment confirmed the destruction of two air defence control nodes and three early-warning radar stations positioned near Kotli and Muzaffarabad. The crippled infrastructure is expected to hinder Pakistan Air Force (PAF) movement in northern sectors and delay any retaliatory air maneuvers.
The strikes were reportedly carried out without breaching Indian airspace, using long-range precision-guided munitions.
🧠 Strategic Intent: Disable Before Escalation
Military analysts say the operation reflects India’s intent to deter further terror-sponsored infiltration by disabling Pakistan’s first line of aerial defence. It also sends a stern message after repeated provocations from across the LoC, including shelling of civilian areas in Poonch, which claimed 7 innocent lives.
The move comes in conjunction with an expanded search-and-destroy mission in Poonch, where Indian troops are flushing out infiltrators.
🛑 Pakistan Vows Retaliation, Declares Emergency
In response, Pakistan has declared a state of emergency in several border districts of Punjab province and has placed its forces on combat alert. The Pakistani military confirmed damage to its air defence assets but accused India of initiating aggression—a claim India strongly refutes.
